FINANCIAL BUSINESS ANALYST
DESCRIPTION
Our Client, a well-established leading Pittsburgh Manufacturer that specializes in a patented construction product is aggressively seeking a Financial Business Analyst to oversee large business deals between the Company’s investors and their large clients. The Company markets to customers that range from private enterprises to Fortune 500 industry leaders.
The ideal candidate will have preferably held a leadership role in Business Development and/or Underwriting and Lending on Large Commercial Deals for Large Banks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Financial Business Analyst will largely be responsible for:
Reviewing and Assessing feasibility of Large Deals
Evaluating and structuring the complete Financial Package for large commercial deals
Effectively communicating all financial data between the Company’s Investors and their Clients
Analyzing ROI on large investment projects
Identifying the feasibility of prospective investments
Implement the PAP (Purchase Advantage Program) ~ evaluation of payback of investment over period of time
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA is preferred.
Must have a strong background in the areas of Financial Statement Analysis, credit underwriting and knowledge of Asset Based Lending.
Progressive experience in Business Development leadership role putting together deals in $3-$50 million range, preferable in Large Banking Industry
8+ years of progressively responsible work experience in financial analyses.
Outstanding oral presentation and business writing skills
Strong project management skills and high aptitude for problem solving.
Must be able to independently plan and conduct non-routine financial analysis/reporting projects and consult effectively on highly technical projects.
Compensation: Base salary commensurate to experience plus strong incentive program.
