ENERGY SOLUTIONS GENERAL/SALES MANAGER
DESCRIPTION
Our Client, a well-established leading Pittsburgh Manufacturer that specializes in a patented construction product has recently launched its Energy Solutions Business Unit and is seeking an experienced General/Sales Manager to join their management team. The General/Sales Manager will play an integral part in the company's growth and success within the alternative energy solutions business unit.
They are seeking an Energy Solutions General/Sales Manager to drive business and build strong relationships with new and existing accounts. The Company markets to customers that range from private enterprises to Fortune 500 industry leaders. This is an excellent growth opportunity within this new business unit across the United States. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish & Develop a detailed sales process with proper protocol and follow-up for the sales team
To oversee the development of policies, procedures and objectives for selling the Client’s Energy Solutions products and services.
Lead and provide tactical direction for a diverse sales organization
Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills, creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit and perspective to recognize needs and develop solutions for customers
REQUIREMENTS
BS degree preferred but not required.
5-10 years of Sales /Sales Leadership experience in Alternative Energy Solutions with emphasis on Solar.
Previous success selling and building relationships
Must have a strong track record of success.
Detail oriented and Strong computer skills.
We prefer the individual to reside in California.
Compensation: Base salary commensurate to experience plus strong incentive program.
